Goldex Casino ARE SCAMMERS! Don’t play there!
They simply stole my winnings! I made a deposit, took a bonus, fulfilled all wagering requirements, and when I requested a withdrawal of $841.50, they simply voided my balance!

Complaints.casinoMar 31, 2026TeamHello, LuckyDave77. We are sorry to hear about your situation. To help us investigate, please provide the email address you used to register at Goldex Casino. Also, please attach a screenshot of the official response from the casino’s support team where they explain the reason for the confiscation.
LuckyDave77Mar 31, 2026AuthorYes, of course. I sent everything via private message. It’s just a generic reply. The screenshot shows their email where they refer to clause 7.4 of the rules and say the decision is final. No specifics at all!
Complaints.casinoMar 31, 2026TeamThank you for the provided information. We have reviewed the screenshot. Clause 7.4 in Goldex Casino’s general terms usually relates to the use of strategies aimed at bonus abuse. One of the sub-clauses often concerns a sharp reduction of bet size after a large win. Can you recall how you played after receiving a big win? For example, did you continue playing at the same stake, or did you significantly reduce it in order to simply “finish wagering”?
LuckyDave77Apr 1, 2026AuthorHmm. Well yes — when I won about $1,100 on Gates of Olympus with a $2.50 bet, I reduced my stake to around $0.40–$0.50 to avoid losing the balance while finishing the wagering. What, was that not allowed?? It was my money — I decide how much to bet! That’s logical — reduce the risk!
Complaints.casinoApr 1, 2026TeamUnfortunately, this exact tactic is considered “bonus abuse” by many casinos licensed in Curaçao. The rules often state that after a large win (commonly defined as 5× the deposit amount or more), it is forbidden to reduce the bet by more than 50–70% of the stake at which the win was obtained. This rule exists to prevent players from wagering bonuses with minimal risk after gaining a significant advantage. We understand your frustration, but formally the casino acted in accordance with its rules, which you accepted upon registration.
LuckyDave77Apr 1, 2026AuthorDamn… seriously? I never would have thought this could be a violation. I just wanted to protect my winnings. I didn’t read that wall of text in their rules — who even reads that stuff? It hurts a lot, but at least now it’s clear. Thanks for explaining. No more questions — let this be a lesson for others.
Complaints.casinoApr 2, 2026TeamWe are glad we could clarify the situation, even though the outcome was not in your favor. We recommend always reviewing the key points of a casino’s bonus policy before playing. This complaint is closed as Resolved, since the casino acted according to its stated rules.
