Has anyone dealt with Greenluck Casino? I haven’t been able to get my money from them for 16 days already. I won €1,950 playing blackjack, and since then this nightmare with verification has begun. I sent them EVERYTHING: my passport, a utility bill, and a screenshot from Neteller. First, they said the passport photo was blurry. I took a new one. Then they said the utility bill didn’t show all four corners. I scanned it. Yesterday they sent yet another email saying they need a higher-quality photo of my passport! Are they mocking me? I have the feeling they are just stalling for time, hoping that I will lose all the money.
