Highflybet STOLE $2,341 – SCAM RULE!

USD
2,341.80

I am absolutely furious. I registered, took a 200% bonus on my $100 deposit, so my balance became $300. The wagering requirement was HUGE, something like $9,000 (30x D+B). I played Pragmatic slots for several hours. My balance grew to about $2,500, but the wagering was clearing very slowly. There was still about $1,000 left to wager. I decided it would be faster to finish the wagering in blackjack. I went to the Live Casino (Evolution) and sat down at a blackjack table. I placed $50 bets. The system counted my bets toward the wagering! I could literally see the wagering progress bar filling up! When I completed the $9,000 wagering, my balance was $2,341.80. I went to the cashier and clicked “Withdraw.” I instantly received a rejection. Five minutes later, I got an email saying that my account was blocked and my winnings of $2,341.80 were CONFISCATED. Reason: “Violation of rule 7.c. Bonus wagering in Live Casino.” THIS IS A TRAP! If these games are forbidden, why did your website allow me to open them AND COUNT MY BETS TOWARD THE WAGERING??

Hello, SkyHighSteve. We understand your outrage. Unfortunately, this is one of the dirtiest tricks that casinos (especially those with a Curaçao license) use. To begin, please confirm the email registered at Highflybet. Also, please attach: A screenshot of the email from the casino where they reference this rule If possible, a screenshot of your bonus wagering progress (if you still have it) We will immediately invite a representative of Highflybet.

I don’t have a screenshot of the progress — they blocked me! I’ve sent the email screenshot and my registered email to you via private messages! Once again: THEIR SYSTEM ALLOWED ME TO DO THIS! It should have shown an error: “You cannot play this game with bonus funds.” But instead, it not only allowed me to play — it SHOWED that the wagering was being completed! This is deliberate deception.

Dear SkyHighSteve and Casino Complaints Team, We have reviewed the gaming history of this account. The player activated the “200% Welcome Bonus.” The Terms & Conditions of this bonus, which the player agreed to, are clearly stated. Clause 7.c says: “Bets made using bonus funds may not be placed on any Live Casino games, Table Games (RNG), or Jackpots. Bets placed on these games are considered a violation of the T&C and will result in the annulment of all winnings.” The player placed bets totaling over $1,000 in Evolution Live Blackjack. The violation of the T&C is obvious. The winnings were annulled in accordance with the rules.

You are ignoring my main question! WHY DID YOUR SITE COUNT MY BLACKJACK BETS TOWARD THE WAGERING PROGRESS?? If I had seen that the wagering progress was not increasing, I would have stopped immediately! You deliberately misled me so you could later steal my winnings!

Dear Highflybet_Support, The player has raised the core issue of this complaint. We understand that this restriction is stated in the T&C. However, please explain: Why does your platform technically allow access to prohibited games when a bonus is active? More importantly, why did your interface show that blackjack bets were contributing to wagering progress? This is system-level misleading behavior. If the system shows wagering progress, a player reasonably assumes their actions are allowed.

Our platform provides access to games. Responsibility for complying with the T&C lies entirely with the player. The display of wagering progress may have technical nuances depending on the provider, but this does not отменяет rule 7.c. The rules were violated. The decision is final.

“Technical nuances”??? You call theft a technical nuance? You know your system has a loophole, and you use it to avoid paying big winners. At least return my $100 deposit!

The player’s deposit was used in gameplay. According to the T&C, when rules are violated, winnings are annulled. A deposit refund is not provided.

SkyHighSteve, unfortunately, we have reached a dead end. The casino is hiding behind its T&C. You did technically violate the rule (even if unintentionally). The fact that the casino cannot or deliberately does not block prohibited games is an extremely unethical practice. However, we cannot force the casino to pay winnings that were obtained in violation of a clearly stated (though predatory) rule. We are closing this complaint as “Unresolved.” We strongly advise Highflybet to fix its platform to prevent such situations, but we cannot compel them to pay.
