"Is it personal?": Drake grappled with Stake due to withdrawal freeze

Canadian rapper Drake, who has been the face of Stake for several years and actually the main promoter of the crypto casino, suddenly fell under the block himself. He tried to withdraw money from his account, but the system rejected transactions four times in a row.

When the support could not help, the artist made a knight's move - he brought the situation into the public field to the audience of his 142 million subscribers.

"Is it personal?"

On Instagram, Drake posted a story with a screenshot: Stake blocked four withdrawal attempts in a row. The support service only apologized and advised to "try again." The rapper tagged the Stake account and asked directly, "Is it personal?"

Old grievances

The story drags on for a long time. Earlier, the media wrote about Drake's conflict with Ed Craven, co-founder of Stake and Kick. The rapper accused him of disrespecting fans when they were restricted from promoting Stake's referral links.

On August 22, there was a new twist: Drake's channel on Kick was simply deleted.

Then, in a joint stream with Trainwreck, the artist could not resist:

"If Stake are warriors, then I'm Stephen Curry. We won trophies for them as they grew richer. And we get bars instead of dinner, a bus instead of a plane, and penalty loops after training. Real clowns".

Money is everything

The irony of the situation is that Drake himself is under contract with Stake - the deal is rumored to be up to $180 million.

But despite the public attacks, Drake still has the "Stake" highlight on Instagram, and the link in the profile description leads to the casino's page. Money has no smell.

Against the backdrop of scandals

All this coincided with other problems of Kick: France is discussing a possible blocking of the platform after the tragedy of August 20. Then streamer Raphael Graven died on the air - he was beaten, strangled and humiliated for the sake of donations.

Drake promised to pay for the blogger's funeral, and Kick's management said it would revise the rules.
